✅ Variable Speed Control: Supports stepless frequency control with a belt line speed of 0–40 m/min, adjustable according to different workpieces and process requirements.
✅ Durable Power System: Adopts YE2 series high-efficiency motors with a total power of 3kW×2, ensuring stable power output and long service life.
✅ Low Noise Operation: Optimized mechanical structure ensures low noise during operation, meeting industrial environmental requirements.
✅ Wide Compatibility: Compatible with abrasive belts of different widths (20/30/50mm) to meet various grinding and polishing needs.
Four types of bushings are interchangeable (adjustable speed).

Sanding Belt Installation and Usage
Usage Instructions: Installing the Sanding Belt—Place the sanding belt over the machine's large rubber wheel and the idler wheels on the grinding frame. Leave a gap of approximately one inch before fitting it onto the small aluminum wheel located at the top of the machine. Press down on the red handle, guide the sanding belt onto the small aluminum wheel, and then release the red handle, allowing it to return naturally to its original position; the sanding belt will now be securely tensioned. Finally, turn the blue knob to adjust the position of the sanding belt.
Removing the Sanding Belt—Simply press down on the red handle to release the tension, and then remove the sanding belt.

Backing Contact Wheel Specifications: Ø200 × 50 mm (Diameter × Width)
Usage: Install into the designated slot on the machine and securely fasten.
Application: Used for grinding large-radius curved surfaces.

— Internal Arc Contact Wheel Specifications: Ø50 × 30 mm (Diameter × Width); Ø80 × 10 mm (Diameter × Width)
— Usage: Install the wheel into the designated slot/recess on the machine and securely lock it in place.
— Application: Designed for grinding small-radius curved surfaces.
— Caution: Due to the small diameter of the wheel and its bearings, the operating speed must not be set too high. Excessive rotational speed can generate extreme heat, potentially leading to bearing damage.
— To maximize service life, please operate the wheel at a slower speed. During operation, monitor the temperature of the bearings at both ends of the wheel to determine the optimal rotational speed.
— Recommended Speed: 25–30 Hz
Applicable Industries
