The machine can be configured with different polishing heads according to different products.
Machine Customization:
We can typically customize 3 or 4 sets of polishing heads based on the product's manufacturing process.
The product is clamped onto the fixture and rotates. Simultaneously, the large turntable rotates with the 12 chucks. The wheels can grind the sides and top, and their angles can be adjusted to grind different sides. We will design the process based on the product's specifications and then configure different polishing wheels and heads accordingly.
