A: Physical samples are available for most polishing‑consumable items upon request. For polishing‑machine equipment, we provide workpiece polishing‑test report instead of physical machine sample.

Q15: What is your typical production lead‑time?

A: Typical production cycle ranges from 45‑60 working days. Actual lead‑time depends on equipment configuration and customization complexity, which will be confirmed in formal quotation.

Q16: What trade terms and payment modes do you accept?

A: We support FOB, CIF, CNF and other international trade terms. Our common payment term for mass‑production orders is 50% advance deposit, balance against copy of bill of lading. We accept T/T, and L/C is negotiable for qualified large‑volume projects.

A: Our machines work stably for standard two‑shift daily production. For equipment service life and long‑term polishing stability, 24/7 non‑stop heavy‑duty continuous production is not recommended. Regular daily maintenance is required in dust‑intensive polishing working environments.

A: Yes. We provide free sample polishing testing for global clients. According to your workpiece material, shape and surface requirements, our technical team will complete polishing debugging, verify surface roughness and finished effect, and provide professional test reports to support your project evaluation.

A: The price of standalone custom automatic polishing machines ranges from 7,000 USD to 15,000 USD. The final quotation depends on equipment axis quantity, workstation configuration, customized fixtures, dust removal system and workpiece polishing difficulty.
