Formulated with different polishing waxes, it's specifically designed for polishing and grinding metal surfaces. The fine, flexible fibers effectively remove oxide layers and scratches, while delivering a mirror-like shine. Applications: Used for polishing the surfaces of stainless steel, aluminum, zinc alloy, titanium, plastic, wood, and painted surfaces. Different hardness levels are applied to different materials.
Manufacturing Process:
1.Select high-quality fabrics of various yarns, which are then hardened with sizing.
2. The fabric is cut bias-cut and clamped with a core plate, creating irregular folds on the windmill. During polishing, the windmill rotates at high speed, ensuring each yarn faces outwards. This results in a stronger cutting force than ordinary sewing windmills.
3. The folds create airflow during high-speed rotation, reducing the polishing temperature.
4. The hardened material is color-coded according to hardness: from softest to hardest: white, purple, green, yellow, orange, and blue. Different hardness levels result in different cutting forces; harder materials offer better cutting force and durability, but softer materials generally provide better polishing results.
5. Standard Diameters: 8 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches, 14 inches (different diameters can be customized)
6. Fabric Layers: Standard is 16 layers (different thicknesses can be customized, but due to clamping limitations of the center clamp, the thickness cannot exceed 26 layers)
7. Center Plate: Usually 3 inches, 5 inches, 7 inches (larger diameters use larger center plates, smaller diameters use smaller center plates)
8. Center Hole: Standard center holes are 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 50mm (different center holes can also be customized, generally according to the requirements of the machine being installed).
9. Note: This is a standard pleated air duct fabric wheel. Different pleats produce different airflow and produce different surface textures during polishing. Therefore, other pleated impellers can also be customized.
Note: The most commonly used colors are white, yellow, and blue. Other colors may be used when there are special requirements.
Wheel Usage:

Solid polishing wax.
Polishing wax is a solid compound made from alumina and grease, possessing certain cutting power and gloss. Different wax ratios paired with different polishing air wheels will produce different polishing effects. Generally, it increases cutting power or increases gloss. It also has a certain cooling effect.

Liquid polishing wax.
Liquid polishing wax is also used in conjunction with different polishing wheels to enhance cutting and polishing shine. Liquid polishing wax is typically used for spraying on automatic polishing machines, while solid polishing wax is used for manual application. However, some solid polishing waxes are also used on automatic machines; conventional machines are equipped with automatic waxing or spraying systems depending on the specific requirements.

The use of polishing impellers.
Polishing wheels are typically used on various metals. Different metal products require different cutting forces and hardnesses. For example, stainless steel products usually use a hard cloth wheel with a high-cutting-force polishing wax for initial grinding, followed by a soft cloth wheel with a gloss-enhancing polishing wax to achieve a mirror-like finish. The choice of polishing wheel and polishing wax depends on the surface condition of the product before polishing and the desired gloss level after polishing.
However, white cloth wheels are commonly used with white or blue wax for polishing. Yellow or blue cloth wheels are often used with pink or blue wax for grinding; this is a common combination for stainless steel and aluminum products.
