1. The Single-Axis Outer-Curve Polishing Machine is designed for the grinding and polishing of the outer curved surfaces and neck sections of stainless steel spoons and forks following their forming process.
2. This machine can also be utilized for the surface grinding, polishing, and satin finishing of various metal components with diverse shapes.
3. The machine features simple operation and adjustment mechanisms. It employs a tapered motor to ensure precise positioning of the grinding wheel's opening and closing movements. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with export-grade electrical components and imported limit switches, making the machine user-friendly and durable while minimizing maintenance requirements and ensuring smooth production flow.
