1. Application Areas: Suitable for the surface polishing and grinding of square tubing made from materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy.

Functional Features:This four-station grinding and polishing machine is equipped with four sets of grinding heads (corresponding to four distinct processing stages), designed to grind all four faces of a square tube simultaneously. Each processing stage utilizes a set of four grinding heads—positioned at the top, bottom, left, and right—to address the respective surfaces. For every additional processing stage added, a corresponding set of four grinding heads is incorporated into the system.
3. Polishing Wheels: The machine is compatible with a wide variety of grinding and polishing wheels, including sisal wheels, cloth wheels, abrasive cloth wheels, nylon wheels, flap wheels, and others.
Optional add-ons, such as an automatic wax spraying system and a dust collection unit, can be freely integrated into the configuration.
4. Operation Instructions: The machine offers simple and user-friendly operation. Once the positions of the individual grinding heads have been set during the initial configuration, a single operator is all that is required to manage the continuous loading and unloading of workpieces.
