Removal of Flash and Grinding of Cast Aluminum Blanks for Die-Casting Mold Heating Element Accessories

Product: An accessory for a mold heater. Following the casting process, an additional component remains attached to the product.

Requirement: The attached component must be cut away, and the surface subsequently polished.

Processing Objectives:

• ✅ Remove die-cast fixtures (clamps) from the product

• ✅ Smooth the surface and remove burrs and flash

Product Processing Requirements: Remove the die-cast fixtures from the product and grind the surface smooth.

Machine Specifications:

1. Conveyor System: Chain-type mechanism with adjustable speed.

2. Loading: Manual loading and clamping; the fixture design shall adhere to the provided engineering drawings.

3. Unloading: Automatic drop-off into a designated container.

4. Station 1: Cutting Unit (utilizing a cutting disc); Motor Power: 1.5 kW.

Station 2: Sanding Unit (utilizing a sanding belt); Motor Power: 3 kW.

Station 3: Sanding Unit (utilizing a sanding belt); Motor Power: 3 kW.

5. Dust Protection: Equipped with a protective dust cover; includes a reserved 100 mm diameter port for dust extraction connection.
