Material Advantages

4. Standard Polishing Process

Preliminary Cleaning: Remove oil, dust, and contaminants using a cleaning machine; thoroughly dry.

Rough Polishing: Remove surface defects and machining marks using 80# high-zirconium abrasive belt (30-45 seconds per piece).

Medium Polishing: Fine grinding using 150#-240# stainless steel abrasive belt (20-30 seconds/piece).

Fine Polishing: Fine grinding using 400# stainless steel abrasive belt (15-25 seconds/piece).

Final Polishing: Mirror polishing using a hemp rope wheel with polishing compound (10-20 seconds/piece).

Quality Inspection: Inspect surface defects, measure thickness (tolerance ±0.02mm), and test surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.05μm).
