Introduction to the specific process of automatic tableware polishing 

 The polishing of the tableware is divided into two stages: one is the polishing of the flat blank before molding, and the other is the spoon-like polishing after molding (you can achieve mirror effect or matte effect polishing according to your needs.) The details are as follows: 

Due to the different specifications of the spoons, the number of machines required during the polishing process is also different. In the following production line, the total number of various polishing machines used is about 28, which can meet the demand of 200,000-1.2 million output. 

1. First polishing of plate before forming: First, polishing of plate before forming: rough grinding of all edges and surfaces is done to prepare for after forming. (Note: This step is very important! The polishing effect of the plate directly affects the effect and efficiency (ie output) of the mirror surface after forming, so this step requires high-quality roughing of the plate.) 

Steps and materials used 

Step 1: Grinding the arc of the handle 
The arc position of the tableware handle and the edge of the handle are polished. This equipment can polish the edges of forks, spoons and knives. The number of grinding heads of the equipment is set according to the polishing product process.
